About Liguori Construction

Liguori Construction is owned by Carl Liguori, based in Palmdale, California. The company is run with a balance between lean operations, first-rate quality, and old-school integrity as a moral imperative. Carl knows first hand how and why to keep a construction company in proper balance, having managed other companies previously and seeing what worked and what didn’t work as they grew. Thanks to the internet and cell phone revolutions, the big money saved by not carrying the costs of a big office becomes big money saved by the customers… without cutting corners on the quality of the job.

Carl has earned an FAA aircraft “airframe and powerplant” mechanic certification, authorized to be a professional mechanic on commercial aircraft. Of course, this takes a far higher level of skill, training, and technical competence than home construction projects. Most importantly, because lives are at stake, working on aircraft requires a far greater attention to detail than any other type of mechanical work (the vast majority of remodeling or construction problems are always caused by a contractor who doesn’t pay attention to detail).

Carl Liguori started in the construction trades in 1986 in earth-moving, grading, and foundation work. Since that time, there is no aspect of home building or remodeling that he hasn’t experienced first hand. Liguori Construction has completed over 300 successful remodel, building, construction and repair projects.
Carl has earned an “A” General Engineering license in addition to the common “B” General Building license. As an Engineering Construction Contractor, Carl has the certification to build bridges, public roads, and large scale structures.
